In order to serve our customers with the highest quality of service this Christmas Season, The Gemelli Family requests that you, our valued customers, acknowledge that the following procedures are created so that our staff can expedite your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please come in or call (631)-321-4515.

1. The person picking up the order MUST know the pick-up number.  Orders cannot be picked up using your name.  It is important that you inform the person who is picking up your order what type of order it is (catering, meat, hero’s etc.).

2. Please place your order as early as possible. NO CHANGES will be accepted after the deadline date.

3. The DEADLINE DATE is Friday, November 19, 2021.

4. Please pay for your order in full upon placing it. This will allow our staff to expedite your order in a quick and orderly fashion.redit Card numbers are required at the time of placing orders.

5. If you need racks for your order they can be PURCHASED at a cost of $5 per rack. Please tell us when you place your order if you will be purchasing racks in order for us to have a sufficient amount of racks on hand.

6. NO ORDERS will be accepted for bread, grocery items, or deli items from Monday, November 22, 2021 through Wednesday November 24, 2021.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Gemelli's does not have the room to store these types of orders. The store will be fully stocked for your convenience and will yield a full staff in order to accommodate your needs.

7. There will be NO DELIVERIES Tuesday 11/23/21 or Wednesday 11/24/21.

Gemelli’s will be as accommodating as possible when trying to fulfill your holiday order. Although we may have done something special in the past, this year we will not be able to take those types of orders. Through recommendations from our loyal customers, our holiday catering has grown to be triple what it once was. Not accepting those types of orders allows Gemelli’s to maintain the excellent quality that it used when preparing each and every order.
